Return Process

  Initiate Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the device in its original protective packaging, ensuring all antennas, charging cables, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Technical Inspection

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for functionality before issuing a full refund or shipping your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
